I’m a storyteller, writer, former journalist, strategic communicator and media coach with more than 15 years in public relations, crisis communication, reporting, media outreach, content development and more.

I began my career with stops as a reporter at several television stations in Tennessee and Louisiana, where I honed my skills in finding and telling compelling stories.

In 2012, I moved into public relations, where I’ve developed successful communication strategies for global corporations, world-renowned research institutions, political advocacy organizations, non-profits, universities, small businesses and more.

My writing has appeared in regional and local publications across the Southeast, including The Advocate, The Times-Picayune, WBRZ-TV, The Healthcare Journal of Baton Rouge, InRegister Magazine, LSU Research Magazine, LSU Alumni Magazine, Baton Rouge Christian Life Magazine and more.

I now consult for a wide array of businesses, crafting captivating narratives that reach target audiences with impactful messages that drive business growth and success.
